Lili Dumbeck,

LMT, Massage Therapist

My work is typically referred to as "productive" or “effective”. I use deep passes at a methodical pace that allows for maximum relief while being mindful of the patient's nervous system. Coaching on breath, and incorporating a variety of relaxation elements allows for a combination of productivity and relaxation.

My typical pressure is medium to deep unless otherwise requested (which I am ALWAYS open to!). Connecting with all kinds of people & giving my brain a good challenge to help restore physical form is a deep seeded passion. Working towards functional goals with my patients and further educating/empowering in the process is a core part of my practice and I look forward to learning alongside you in each session. A truly productive massage requires trust, empowerment, equal participation, and understanding.

When not in session you can find me with my two daughters, Jesse, or some of my many beloved friends and family. I love to keep myself very busy with working out, dancing, reading, crafting, cooking, running, adventuring, church and literally anything I can squeeze some time in for.

David is originally from Minnesota, but completed his bachelor degree in Kinesiology at the University of North Dakota where he competed as a division 1 tennis player for all four years. Over the last five years, David has spent time working with a variety of athletes of all ages with an emphasis on tennis and pickleball related injury. He enjoys treating all patients with a holistic approach using a mix of manual therapy and functional strength and conditioning to help you achieve your goals.
